Lemon beurre blanc
Ingredients:
1 stick butter, cold & sliced into equal sized pieces
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons white wine
1-2 shallots, minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
S & P
Instructions:
In a saute pan over medium heat add lemon juice, wine & shallots. Gently boil until there is only a little liquid left & it should thicken. Reduce the heat to low, then start to add in butter, 1 slice at a time, and use a whisk to fully incorporate. Add S & P. Serve immediately.
