Salmon cakes on naan bread

Ingredients for salmon cakes:

1 & 1/2 pound salmon, chopped

1 cup finely chopped red, orange or yellow bell pepper

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 egg

1 tablespoon Tapatio (or your fav hot sauce)

1/2 cup Panko

S & P

Ingredients for sauce: 

1/2 cup mayo

2 tablespoons lemon

1 teaspoon minced garlic

3-4 shakes of hot sauce

Additional ingredients:

Mixed greens

Sliced Tomato & avocado

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together fully but gently.  form into patties.  I suggest a 3" ring.  You can sprinkle a little panko on the plate you are putting them on, then sprinkle a little on top.  Put in fridge for at least 30 minutes.  then Saute on medium-high heat for about 8 minutes each side.  

Mix all ingredients for sauce together in bowl.  SErve salmon cakes on toasted naan with mixed greens, sliced tomato, avocado & sauce
